(Thailand)</div> <bR> <div> TeakMarket.com has been on the net and in business for over 4 years.  Due to company reorganization, Teakmarket Company, Ltd. is a newly formed corporation that is now owns and operates Teanmarket.com.  Our primary personnel are pictures below. <I><B> Information is presented on those in the picture from left to right.  </B></I></div> <bR> <div> <IMG SRC="317a83f0.jpg" border=0 width="424" height="319" ALIGN="RIGHT" HSPACE="5" VSPACE="4">Dr. Michael Gift is one of the original founders of TeakMarket.com and is part of the management team of TeakMarket Company, Limited as he was with the company that previously oversaw the internet operations.  He has worked with Teakmarket.com for the past 4 years and has been involved in several aspects of the operation.  Michael's background includes university posts (business schools) in the USA, Hong Kong, Thailand and Macau.  Michael currently is on staff at a univeristy in the Hong Kong/Macau area.   He has also been a consultant to large (Fortune 500) and small companies.  He started this website after consultation with local thai business regarding the marketing difficulties in getting high quality Thai products into western markets.  He currently provides advisory assistance to the operation of TeakMarket. </div> <bR> <div> Mr. Dane Gift joined the Teakmarket management team early in 2006 when he relocated to Bangkok.  His undergraduate degree is in Chinese and, after working with the judicial system in Arizona for a few years, he moved and worked in Hong Kong for about 2 years.  In March of 2006 he relocated to Bangkok where he is able to provide onsite management capability for the TeakMarket operation.  He has developed the financial system for the company in addition to providing a contact point for our international customers.  He is also concurrently enrolled in the MBA program at Chulalongkorn University in Bangkok.</div> <bR> <div> Ms. Onuma Gift formally joined the teakmarket team in October 2006.  Informally, she has been part of the organization for several years.  Ms. Onuma Gift is married to Dr. Michael Gift and even when her connection was not formal it was still there.  Her degree is in English and LIbrary Science.  In the past few months she has been travelling with Ms. Phunlert (her sister) when visiting the supply chain companies.  The purpose of this is to provide redundancy in the supply chain operation inorder to stablize the supply chain operation.</div> <bR> <div> <IMG SRC="3fa24bd0.jpg" border=0 width="292" height="189" ALIGN="LEFT" HSPACE="4" VSPACE="4">Ms. NidNoi Phunlert joined the TeakMarket management team in the Summer of 2006.  She provides our primary contact with our suppliers, mostly in northern Thailand.  Her degree is in Thai and Accounting.  For several years she held posts in accounting and marketing functions in Thai companies.  A few years back she developed an interest in starting her own company.  This past summer, after discussing this with Michael Gift, she decided to join the TeakMarket team.  She has been responsible for establishing and re-establishing strong ties with our supply chain and she has been very successful in accomplishing this task.  </div> <bR> <div> There are other important participants to the TeakMarket operation but the four shown above represent the core management personnel for the Bangkok operation.  All four are also founding shareholders in the reorganized company so they have a keen interest in attracting AND KEEPING clients for the business.</div> <bR> <div> The company and website are under reorganization.  Additional information will be available as it develops.</div> </td> </tr></table></body>
