solid wood doors.  Teak is a favored wood for beautiful doors.  Padauk is another favorite for solid wood doors but it is not as suitable for hand garving as is teak.  Actually, we can process orders on solid wood doors using many different wood types as long as there is no hand-carved images (see our pages on <A HREF="id19.htm" TARGET="_top" TITLE="lumber Type">LUMBER TYPES</A>) but the most popular is clearly Teak.</div> <bR> <div> In addition to typical exterior doors we can product interior doors, and louvered doors.  We do have a catalog listing of designs on the following pages from which you can choose a design or designs for the doors you wish to purchase.  Please carefully note the catalog number of the door or doors in which you have an interest.  Also, if you cannot find any doors in our catalog listing that are appealing to you, you can send us information for a custom design and we will produce the doors in accordance with your custom specifications.  </div> <bR> <div> <IMG SRC="2c4ee9d0.jpg" border=0 width="238" height="157" ALIGN="RIGHT" HSPACE="5" VSPACE="5">For custom processing, we will need detailed information.  Preferably we would like pictures of a model door.  If you do not have pictures, carefully developed drawings indicating the design along with precise measurements on the door dimensions are needed.  </div> <bR> <div> Standard doors from the catalog can take anywhere from 3 weeks to 6 weeks to prepare for shipping.  You may inquire about the processing time before giving your order.  The processing time will depend on the dried lumber that is in stock (if an insufficient amount is in stock we will need to acquired dried lumber before making the doors), the production queue, and the complexity or simplicity of the design you have selected.</div> <bR> <div> <IMG SRC="3fcb4330.jpg" border=0 width="180" height="307" ALIGN="LEFT" HSPACE="4" VSPACE="4">Custom designs will take longer.  If your “custom” design is a simple variation on one of the basic designs, the additional processing time will not be long.  However, if your custom design requires artistic carving and/or irregular features on the door, this could add months to the production time.  Again, you may inquire about production times before placing any order.  Keep in mind, in order to provide production time estimates for custom designs, we will need to have all specification and details so that we can develop a reliable production time estimate.</div> <bR> <div> All of our production work is done by skilled craftsmen.  Our craftsmen<IMG SRC="3fef0900.jpg" border=0 width="240" height="400" ALIGN="RIGHT" HSPACE="3" VSPACE="3"> carefully construct and inspect their output as the process moves from “raw materials” to the finished doors.  The same professional care that is used in making the doors will also be used preparing the doors for shipment.  The high quality packing materials will insure that your doors arrive at your location in
